ABOUT COACH ALEX

Alex grew up in Northern Colorado and trained with owner Paul Aanonson throughout his athletic career. He was a 2-sport high school athlete playing both football and baseball at Greeley West High School. Alex was an All-State running back/linebacker, the 4A Longs Peak Player of the Year, and a 2 time All-Conference infielder.

Following high school, Alex played football at the University of Northern Colorado and received his B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science.

​

After college, Alex went on to intern with the Colorado State Football Strength and Conditioning Staff, in addition to interning at EXOS in San Diego, CA.
